Tracking numbers typically activate within 24–72 hours depending on the carrier.
📦 Lost, Stuck, or Delayed Packages We monitor all shipments. If your package is:

Please contact us immediately at Contact@snoozmart.com. We will investigate and reship or refund as appropriate based on tracking status.
⚠️ Wrong Address Disclaimer It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If an order is returned due to a wrong address, we will issue a refund minus shipping costs — or resend after recharging delivery fees.
🚫 Refunds Due to Delays We do not issue refunds for delayed shipments still in transit — unless the delay exceeds 30 business days from shipment date.
Why? Because our team fulfills every order and pays suppliers upfront — and many global events (e.g., customs checks, trade restrictions, strikes) are outside our control.
