At Snoozmart™, we stand behind the quality of every product we ship. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it right.


🕒 Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


📦 Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must meet the following:

  • Unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Includes all tags, manuals, and accessories

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.


📬 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at Contact@snoozmart.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide:

    • The appropriate return address

    • An RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization)

    • A return shipping label if your item qualifies

  3. Ship the item only after approval — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened personal care or grooming items

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)

  • Simply return your original product following the steps above.

  • Once your return is approved, you may place a new order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Contact@snoozmart.com so we can resolve the issue swiftly.


🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, no questions asked.

  • Items must still be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval status.

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Bank or credit card processing times may vary.

Snoozmart reserves the right to refuse returns from customers exhibiting excessive, abusive, or fraudulent return behavior. All returns are subject to final inspection and verification.
